Responsibilities

Make your name great in our community by:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text and in person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage details.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and other service requests accurately and efficiently.

Help customers with billing questions and payment arrangements.

Document all customer interactions and transactions in our system.

Collaborate with the sales and claims teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
