What Our Admissions Attendants DoAdmissions Attendants are responsible for duties such as greeting guests, selling and redeeming admission tickets and passes, processing season passes, and assisting guests with service requests.
The Admissions Attendant is friendly, has strong communication skills, and has a knack for exceptional customer service.
Admissions Attendant Day‑to‑Day- Immediately welcomes all customers in a friendly manner, providing ultimate service and attention which consistently results in a “WOW” experience.
- Provides information on the park’s programs, services, events, and specials.
- Answers phones in a professional and pleasant manner, courteously assisting guests with questions and concerns.
- Accurately conducts POS transactions while ensuring all procedures are followed – including credit and refund transactions.
- Ensures all PCI and park guidelines are being followed for all financial transactions.
- Scans all passes, tickets, and wristbands to ensure accurate attendance and valid guest entry.
- Monitors all park communication, including incoming calls and radio traffic.
- Ensures prohibited items are not entered into the park.
- Ensures that park rental items do not leave the park (e.g., strollers, wheelchairs, etc.).
- Issues any additional materials, promotions, or souvenirs to each pass holder as they enter.
- Maintains compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests.
- Assists in other departments as needed.
- Performs all other duties assigned by leadership.
- Must be 16 years of age.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts.
- Ability to comply with all uniform policies.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner.
- Ability to follow direction, multi‑task, work as part of a team, and independently.
