Key Data in the United States is seeking a VP, Customer Success to own end-to-end post-sale customer experience across the client base. You will implement a scalable, tech-touch motion for smaller accounts and drive a consultative, quarterly-business-review engagement with Key Data’s largest customers.
You will build and lead onboarding, success, and support teams, define ownership, workflows, and KPIs, and partner with Product to ensure customers realize value quickly and stay with the platform.
