A contract position is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support students across all grade levels (K-12) in an elementary and secondary school setting in Destin, FL. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the social, emotional, and academic development of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting mental health and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all state regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Active State School Psychologist License required.
  • Experience working with students in grades K-12.
  • Strong knowledge of educational psychology, assessment tools, and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Position Details
  • Contract position through the end of the school year, with strong potential for renewal.
  • Full-time hours: 30+ hours per week, 5 days a week.
