We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs), with the intent to train if needed, to provide quality, one-on-one care to clients throughout the Emerald Coast.

Caregivers who meet all required qualifications can start at $18/hour. Training guidance is available for those who need assistance completing requirements.

What You'll Do Depending on each client's individual care plan, caregivers may assist with:
Personal care and daily living activities, Bathing, grooming, and hygiene, Meal preparation, Light housekeeping, Companionship and conversation, Medication reminders, Walking and mobility assistance/ Transfers and positioning, Respite care, Running errands, And other duties outlined in the client's care plan

Qualified applicants should have: A current CNA license or HHA certification, Valid CPR certification with in-person instruction, Required CNA/HHA coursework completed (we can provide a list of requirements), Eligibility for a Level 2 Background Check, Previous caregiving experience preferred, A compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude, Strong communication skills, The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
