Emerald Coast Urgent Care in Miramar Beach, FL is seeking a full‑time Healthcare Assistant to join our patient‑first team and work a rotating 3–4 day schedule. If you love building trust, supporting providers, and creating great experiences in the moments people need you most.

Pay
: $15–$18 an hour

Schedule
:
Shifts vary but always fall within business hours

• October–February: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• March–September: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 3- and 4-day work weeks
• Includes every other weekend

The schedule is set far in advance, making it easy to plan life around work. Weekend shifts follow the same posted business hours.

• We also provide study materials and pay for the exam so you can earn a limited BMO X‑ray license; once you pass, you'll have the chance to take X‑rays in our clinics, and the license is yours for your career

You begin each shift welcoming patients, putting them at ease as you collect vitals, medical histories, medications, and understand their chief concern; throughout the day, you'll run rapid tests (COVID, Flu, Strep, Mono, Urinalysis, pregnancy), prepare for and assist with procedures like laceration repairs, abscess drainages, and IV hydration, and you'll keep the clinic humming by answering phones and coordinating details with patients and other medical offices-your calm presence, accuracy, and friendly professionalism ensure every patient receives timely, compassionate care.

• Driver's License
• High School Diploma
• Preferred: Bilingual and strong customer service/communication skills
