Role Overview :

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands ECC, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our administrative team & healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those you assist every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate in-home care

Assist with personal care & activities of daily living

Prepare meals & provide medication reminders

Monitor and report changes in client needs

Promote client dignity & independence

Work closely with our care team

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar position.

Strong communication skills.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A current CNA license or HHA certification

Valid CPR certification

Eligibility for a Level 2 Background Check

Bonus If You:

Have experience working with specific populations, such as the elderly or disabled.

Required CNA/HHA coursework completed (we can provide a list of requirements)

Are familiar with basic medical terminology and client care documentation.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible scheduling options to work across all days of the week.

Location:

We service 4 counties including:
Okaloosa, Escambia, Santa Rosa and Walton.
