Technology Lab in Destin, FL is seeking a Tier 1 Field Tech to provide onsite and remote support, install and configure hardware and software, and work with Tier 2/3 to resolve issues.
The role requires 1–2 years in technical support, knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Macs/PCs/Chromebooks, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; a valid driver’s license and CompTIA A+ preferred. 70% onsite/30% remote with some after-hours work.
