Position OverviewMatthews & Matthews, LLP is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join our Destin office. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who is confident handling complex transactional matters and values professionalism, collaboration, independence, and long‑term growth.
Required Experience & Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience in the following areas:
- Drafting real estate transactional documents
- Drafting asset/equity purchase and sale documents
- Drafting business entity organizational documents
- Probate administration
- Estate planning, wills, and trusts
- Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Florida Bar membership in good standing
- Negotiable salary based on experience
