Matthews & Matthews, LLP is a well‑established, full‑service law firm with offices in Destin and Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The firm consists of 11 attorneys and 18 staff members and serves clients throughout Northwest Florida, from Tallahassee to Pensacola. Our practice is diverse, with a strong emphasis on real estate, business transactional matters, and litigation.

Matthews & Matthews, LLP is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join our Destin office. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who is confident handling complex transactional matters and values professionalism, collaboration, independence, and long‑term growth.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience in the following areas:
• Drafting real estate transactional documents
• Drafting asset/equity purchase and sale documents
• Drafting business entity organizational documents
• Probate administration
• Estate planning, wills, and trusts
• Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills
  
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Florida Bar membership in good standing
