Full-Time Maintenance Technician

to join our team and ensure that each of our vacation rentals is always in top-notch condition. In this role, you'll provide our guests with a seamless, comfortable experience as you maintain and prepare properties for guest arrivals. You'll work closely with our property management team, performing inspections, completing repairs on time to minimize downtime, and implementing a preventative maintenance plan to prevent problems.

• Commute to properties to conduct routine inspections and maintenance on property systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances) to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Address maintenance requests from guests and staff promptly, prioritizing urgent repairs to ensure minimal disruption.
• Perform preventative maintenance to prevent issues and extend the lifespan of property systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, adhering to all safety and building codes.
• Prepare properties for guest arrivals by ensuring everything is fully operational and free from safety hazards.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to identify and address maintenance needs pre-and post-guest stays.
