Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
The HT Group is partnering with a rapidly growing residential services platform to identify a builder-minded Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through its next stage of expansion. This leader will be responsible for scaling and professionalizing the operating platform, developing high-impact leadership talent, and preparing the business for expanded dealer services and future franchising initiatives. The CEO will design and implement the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to support sustainable, exponential growth.
This is a rare opportunity for a hands‑on, high‑impact executive to step into a business with strong momentum and play a defining role in shaping its long‑term trajectory—backed by engaged ownership with a patient, value‑creation mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Build and scale the operating platform by strengthening sales, marketing, talent acquisition systems, and the overall operating model to support growth.
- Design and institutionalize training infrastructure including scalable digital learning, documented playbooks and processes, and a best‑in‑class onboarding experience for new dealers.
- Prepare the organization for expansion by launching the first company‑owned location, positioning the business for franchise rollout, and attracting senior‑level leadership to support the next phase of growth.
- Build and develop a high‑performing leadership team through strategic hiring, succession planning, and fostering a culture of accountability and ownership. >
Provide dealer leadership and executive‑level external engagement by leading dealer negotiations, traveling as needed to deepen partnerships, and serving as the primary executive representative of the organization.
- Proven senior executive leadership experience as a CEO, President, COO, General Manager, or in a comparable role.
- Demonstrated experience within residential services platforms, franchised or dealer‑based models, and/or multi‑unit operating environments.
- Strong track record of professionalizing founder‑led organizations and scaling company‑owned operations for sustainable growth.
- Visionary, values‑driven leader capable of setting clear strategic direction and building alignment and commitment across teams and partners.
- Highly skilled in negotiation, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Long‑term, value‑creation mindset with a focus on building enduring platforms rather than short‑term exits or financial engineering.
