Pay

• Competitive pay starting at $70/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Full-Time
• PRN positions

• Rotating shifts every other weekend
• Clinic hours run from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

As you step into your shift, you take full ownership of patient care, working as a solo provider in a busy urgent care setting where no two cases are the same. You review patient histories, assess symptoms, and quickly form accurate diagnoses while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence. Throughout the day, you clearly communicate diagnoses, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with your clinical team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

• Current, unrestricted Florida NP or PA license
• Ability to obtain DEA licensure
• ER experience required
• Strong understanding of treatment protocols and drug interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Urgent care experience
