• Team player! You must play nice with others and enjoy having fun while working.
• Standards! You must be able to execute LuLu’s standards on all food specifications.
• Passion and Quality is important. You need to be able to portion, prepare and cook food items in a timely fashion while maintaining the LuLu’s way!
• Food Safety! Understanding the importance of food safety is duh, important. We will teach you and then teach you and then re teach you the importance of this.
• Communication! Be able to effectively and “nicely” communicate to your co-workers and management team.
• Experience! Not 100% necessary for this role. We love to teach if you are willing to learn.
