Ensure guests receive piping hot, accurately described dishes; coordinate with BOH and FOH to fulfill guest needs in a timely manner;
Act as liaison between FOH and BOH to accommodate guest requests;
Maintain menu knowledge to answer server/bartender questions, including allergies;
Drive ticket times and ensure proper food handling and sanitation;
Set up shift-change side work and ensure work areas are stocked and ready for handover
