This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Team Leader located in Destin, FL. In this role, the Store Team Leader will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and lead the team to achieve sales goals. This position involves managing and developing team members, maintaining an engaging store environment, and ensuring that brand standards are upheld in all aspects of the store's operations.

You'll collaborate with other leaders and contribute to the continuous success of the store through strategic planning and decision-making.

• Leadership, team management, and staff development skills
• Knowledge of sales strategies, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Customer service expertise, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and familiarity with relevant technology and software
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet and exceed performance targets
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role is preferred
