• Deliver personalized beauty experiences

  Support inventory and merchandising, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Required shift hours
  • Full Time: 30‑40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15‑29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4‑14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

• Previous experience in a client‑focused environment (retail, hospitality, etc.) with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong relationships.
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑oriented, inclusive environment.
• Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$16.60 – $19.30/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
