Position Overview

Part‑Time Specialist Advisor – Store #: 00B180 Silver Sands Premium. The role supports the management team with sales leadership, customer experience, and store operations. As a key holder, the advisor motivates the floor team to exceed sales targets.

• Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating knowledge of Oakley products.
• Establish strong connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Uphold all customer‑service initiatives and processes.
• Assist with merchandise processing, restocking, and inventory monitoring.
• Support floor movement, merchandising, and display maintenance.
• Organize the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and cleanliness.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience with a proven record of achieving top results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
• Team‑player with effective interaction skills.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computer use and cash‑register systems.
• Ability to stand most of the time and move around the sales floor or warehouse.
• Bilingual ability.
• Ability to lift merchandise up to 40 lbs.

The employee pay is determined by location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, a competitive bonus or commission plan may be offered. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
