Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to drive brand loyalty;
Educate customers about loyalty programs and use suggestive selling to increase sales;
Deliver a best-in-class omnichannel shopping experience and assist across sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed;
