Job Description

Position:
Part‑time Nabisco Merchandiser. Join our team and represent Mondelēz International by optimizing product visibility, constructing promotional displays, and maintaining brand presence across assigned stores.

• Work closely with in‑store employees and sales representatives to improve the visibility of Mondelēz products and to build promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands—
  Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
  , among others—are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Confirm that Sales Representative–negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales through seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Comfortable downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to move products from stock rooms to store floors.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location:
  Destin, FL. Secondary locations include Miramar Beach, FL and Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
• Availability on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Hourly compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 based on experience.
