Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring a smooth, efficient store operation.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team, modelling inspirational and authentic customer‑service behaviors.
- Lead by example to help the team achieve all sales and customer‑service targets.
- Carry out start‑ and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive retail environment.
Required: Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics; ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service; experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
Desired: Retail operations experience (cash reconciliation, store opening and closing); supervisory experience coaching/mentoring; willingness to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and special events; proof of right to live and work in the country.

Exact hourly rate will depend on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. This range may vary by geographic location. The position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other benefits.
