Guest Services Associate

Club Wyndham Majestic Sun Resort located at 77 Seascape Dr, Destin, FL 32550. Pay starts at $17/hour plus benefits. Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required for this position.

• Provide warm welcome and friendly service to guests from registration to checkout.
• Facilitate the registration process and issue unit keys.
• Offer information about the resort and nearby attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and manage cashier responsibilities.
• Complete all check‑out procedures and verify correct charges and credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and completely.

• Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to read, write and understand English.
• Problem‑solving ability with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
