AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours

Your Role

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Maintain product flow by ensuring effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Run the Stockroom efficiently and productively by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with store leadership to develop and execute corrective action plans.
• Support team members with non‑stock related tasks or guest assistance when needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor, following Asset Protection procedures and AEO policies.
