Sales Associate

Under Armour is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for athletes and active customers. In this role, you'll greet and engage shoppers, understand their performance needs, and recommend the right apparel, footwear, and accessories. You'll maintain product knowledge of Under Armour innovations, process transactions accurately, replenish and merchandise product, and uphold visual and brand standards. Working in a fast-paced, team-first culture, you'll contribute to sales goals, support inventory tasks, and embody Under Armour's values of performance, humility, and integrity on every shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, delivering a performance-focused service experience
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate apparel, footwear, and accessories
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Under Armour technologies and innovations
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Replenish stock, organize sales floor, and support visual merchandising standards
• Assist with inventory counts, tagging, and loss prevention practices
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and key performance metrics
• Uphold Under Armour brand, culture, and service standards on every shift
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Collaborate with team members and leaders in a fast-paced retail setting
