Community Marketing Agent

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company.

This position works with popular local attractions and attends events to connect with the public as a Brand Ambassador. The role engages in face-to‑face conversations, shares information about the vacation club, and invites guests to attend award‑winning presentations.

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
