Position:Community Marketing Agent
Location:
Destin, FL, in outdoor, high‑traffic tourist areas such as shopping malls, theme parks, festivals, trade shows, and conferences.
As a Community Marketing Agent you will act as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure, engaging in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers in high‑traffic tourist areas. You will invite and incentivize guests to attend award‑winning vacation ownership presentations and schedule resort presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Approach vacationers, engage them in conversation, and invite them to attend resort presentations.
- Share information about the vacation club experience and travel ownership.
- Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism in an outdoor sales environment.
- Track appointments and follow up through the sales and customer relationship management system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and annual sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.
Training period: $20 per hour with commissions.
After 60 days: $14 per hour base pay plus uncapped commissions based on appointments and additional monthly bonuses when guests purchase at their appointment. Top earners can exceed $100,000–$135,000 annually. Full‑time; paid even on slow days.
Qualifications- Comfortable talking to strangers all day.
- Confident, upbeat, and coachable.
- Able to handle rejection.
- Sales, hospitality, bartending, or promotional experience is a plus (not required).
- No prior experience necessary—training provided.
Full‑time, not seasonal.
