Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. This sales‑based role works as a Brand Ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co., engaging in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers and sharing information about the vacation club experience at local attractions, trade shows, festivals, and conferences.

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficiency in general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred (not required).
• Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
