We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Culture & Environment Specialist who helps make our studio a place people want to be.

You’ll create an exceptional member experience, build relationships with prospects and members, support the daily studio flow, and bring the energy that makes Orange theory different.

Sales are still a key part of the role. You’ll follow up with leads by phone and text, give tours, educate prospects, and confidently ask for the sale. Great sales start with great relationships—not being pushy.

This is also a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into leadership and become a trusted, go-to member of the team.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Orange theory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).

After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
