Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $19.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following security-related procedures, community rules, and site-specific post orders, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential streets, entrances, amenities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or policy issues.;
Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor and/or vendor check-in as directed, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, or property concerns to the appropriate contacts.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance within scope and requesting additional support from supervisors and/or local responders when needed.;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs and incident reports, communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management, and support site-specific procedures as assigned.
