Step into the spotlight as our Safety & Security Supervisor! You’ll be the hero leading our security team, making sure protocols are followed, and keeping things smooth when conflicts pop up. Whether you’re rallying the team, jumping into action during emergencies, or protecting our spaces, you’ll play a starring role in keeping everyone safe and sound.

• Team Captain:
  Lead and supervise security officers, offering guidance and unwavering support every step of the way.
• Peacemaker Extraordinaire:
  Use top-notch conflict resolution skills to handle both team disputes and guest interactions with professionalism and empathy.
• Training Champion:
  Conduct engaging sessions that empower team members with essential security protocols and procedures, setting them up for success.
• Emergency Maestro:
  Coordinate rapid and effective responses to emergencies, ensuring your team is always ready for anything.
• Operations All-Star:
  Oversee daily security operations, making sure policies are followed, and our dedication to security excellence never wavers.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a safety and security role, preferably within a hotel or similar setting.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Knowledge of local laws and ordinances.
• Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training and/or State Security License, including applicable background checks, per State requirements.
• CPR, First Aid and AED Certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross or HSI.
• AHLA Certified Lodging Security Supervisor certification completed within 60 days of hire.
