Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter points, to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access to the property by observing visitor activity, assisting with entry procedures, and reporting unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations;
Support community rules and property expectations by providing visible patrol presence, answering questions, and communicating security-related concerns with residents, management, and/or emergency services as needed
