Security Officer Patrol Response

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting security-related issues through the proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and amenity areas to help deter unauthorized access, assist with visitor-related questions, and support property rules and community expectations;
Communicate with residents, guests, and/or local responders as needed during alarms, disturbances, medical calls, and other property-related events
