Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Work Monday‑Friday; weekends not required. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

• $16.50 per hour

• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period

• Respond promptly to field services management within 24 hours and keep availability updated
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
• Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures according to planograms and client requests
• Conduct break‑fix repairs and ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations of 2+ people, providing solution feedback
• Manage virtual software and ensure execution of related tasks and timelines
• Adhere to timelines for timecard submission and report anomalies daily
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment; complete training and certification programs
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows
• Avail for weekend assignments as needed, while respecting the primary Monday‑Friday schedule

• Minimum age 18; authorized to work in the United States
• Flexible availability Monday‑Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night as needed
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period
• Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead
• Adaptability and effective communication via phone, text, and email
• High‑school diploma or equivalent (previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial; installation experience preferred)
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device capable of uploading photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home
• Strong leadership, professional communication, presentation, decision‑making, judgment, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
