Retail Display Installer – Technology

Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends not required).

2020 Companies is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Responsibilities include installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client directives. Work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications to complete assignments efficiently and professionally.

• $16.50 per hour
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay

• Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period
• Variety of projects and clients

• Respond promptly and maintain consistent communication with field services management (within 24 hours of contact).
• Keep availability updated accurately.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Submit necessary forms and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
• Remain available for weekend assignments as needed.

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, and kneel/walk/crouch/bend/reach overhead.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Good communication abilities via phone, text, and email.
• Use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo upload, and application use.
• Previous installation or merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device and navigate communication platforms independently.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
