Join our team as the Fitness Trainer!

As a Personal Trainer, your mission is to inspire and motivate clients while growing your client base and boosting department revenues. You’ll keep workouts fresh, promote fun fitness programs, and deliver top-notch customer service every step of the way.

• Client Champion: Go above and beyond to meet the needs of members and guests, delivering stellar customer service, handling concerns swiftly, and proactively motivating everyone to reach their fitness goals.
• Equipment Guru: Demonstrate proper use of all weight and cardio equipment, monitor client progress, and ensure safety and accuracy in every session.
• Fitness Matchmaker: Conduct interviews and fitness assessments, recommend tailored exercise programs, and engage in at least 5 personal training sessions weekly after your first 120 days.
• Club Energizer: Assist with creating and implementing club programs and events, actively promote personal training, introduce members to new services, and keep a pulse on market trends for continual improvement.
• Wellness Role Model: Lead by example with a positive attitude, professional attire, participation in staff meetings, commitment to personal growth, and healthy lifestyle choices.

• Must have a minimum of two years of education in the field of exercise science or a related field and at least two years experience in a similar position; or a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a combination of education and experience.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification from NSCA or ACSM preferred. Other certifying bodies will be considered.
• Must have current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
