The Thrill Ride Attendant is responsible for safe operation and guest relations on attractions throughout The Track Family Fun Center. Thrill Ride Attendants assist guests with Thrill Zone attractions such as Sky Flyer, Hurricane
360, and Slick Track throughout the attraction experience. Thrill Zone Attendants may also assist in operation of other attractions on‑park for which they have undergone training. Thrill Ride Attendants job functions occur primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions and require physical activity throughout work hours.

• Assist guests with operation of thrill attractions in a safe and responsible manner; including operating attraction of heights up to 75 feet with proper training
• Enforcing policies specific to the attraction of which you are responsible, including carry‑on item restrictions, clothing allowance, and height and weight restrictions
• Undergo assigned training to remain apprised of safe attraction operation
• Provide quality service to all guests including, but not limited to: greeting, situational assistance, and end‑of‑visit assistance
• Manage on‑going requirements to effectively accommodate guests efficiently through attraction cycle
• Assist guests with corrective action while attraction is in operation to include verbal direction and physical assistance with proper go‑kart and attraction operation
• Comply with all policies and procedures of The Track

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50‑lbs with or without assistance
• Willingness to work safely at high elevations (heights, up to 75FT) is required for this role
• Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain
• Ability to bend forward and down, stand, kneel, and squat repeatedly throughout workday
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Willingness to complete the written exam and field test as required for attraction operation
• Willingness to complete assigned tasks responsibly and in a timely fashion
• Ability to meet minimum grooming standards as defined in the Employee Handbook

• Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends; holidays may be required
