Via is seeking a Road Supervisor at our Fort Walton Beach location. This full-time, shift-based, in-person role supervises driver performance, trains drivers, supports riders, de-escalates conflicts, and manages incidents as they occur.
You may also work as an Operator when needed, leading by example and ensuring excellent customer service for riders while learning Via safety procedures. Requirements include 3+ years in transportation with at least 1 year in supervision, a high school diploma,
