10-4 Logistics is currently hiring CDL school graduates looking to start strong in the trucking industry. We provide training, experienced staff and mentors, new assigned trucks, competitive income and give our drivers the freedom to chose a schedule that suits their work-life balance.
Your Training Phase- Earn $850 per week
- Train one-on-one with a mentor
- Complete paid orientation
- Build the skills needed for regional freight
- Receive weekly pay every Friday
Training continues until you successfully complete the mentor program and are approved for solo driving.
Once You Go SoloAfter training, you will move into your own assigned truck with expected earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week.
Your solo position includes:- Eastern regional routes
- No-touch dry van freight
- Weekly or bi-weekly home time available

Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school. A satisfactory driving record and the ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements are also required.
