- Accounting services for clients including AR, AP and Reconciliations.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and post journal entries timely and accurately.
- Financial statement preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial
- Develop strong working relationships with clients through personal attention and
- timeliness of service.
- Communicating with clients as a trusted professional with information requests.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
- Accounting services for tax clients.
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience required.
- Experience with Quick Books desktop and Quick Books online.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
