Contract to hire
** Job Responsibilities*
* _Inventory Transactions_
Ship-confirm feed shipments
Receive feed shipments into inventory
Process inventory transactions accurately
_Accounts Payable_
Code and process invoices
Review vendor statements for accuracy
Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with vendors
_Front Desk / Reception_
Answer and transfer phone calls
Sign for deliveries
Assist with UPS shipments
Greet visitors and notify staff of arrivals
_Payroll Support_
Assist with calculating employee timecards
_Additional Duties_
Complete miscellaneous administrative projects and tasks as assigned
