All staff will receive:

Be the front line of the WE Fest experience. Gate Crews manage entry into the concert bowl, ensuring guests are welcomed efficiently while maintaining accurate and secure access control.

• Scan guest tickets using RFID equipment
• Verify ticket types and ensure proper access to designated areas
• Assist guests with entry questions and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain smooth, efficient flow at entry points during peak times
• Monitor for invalid or incorrect credentials and communicate with leadership as needed

• Comfortable using handheld scanning equipment and technology
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Friendly, professional, and guest‑focused
• Able to stay calm and efficient in high‑volume situations

Shifts take place throughout the festival, with peak staffing during main entry times and headline performances.

1st shift: 12:30 pm – 7 pm Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th

2nd shift: 6:30 pm – 12:30 am Thursday, August 6th through Sunday, August 9th at 12:30 am
