Community Alliance Church in Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to lead and mentor our 6th-12th grade ministries, partnering with parents and volunteers to build a vibrant, gospel-centered youth culture that reaches our community.
The ideal candidate loves Jesus, disciples students, and can balance relationship-building with clear teaching; a bachelor’s degree in ministry or education and C&MA licensure (or intent) are preferred, with three years of youth ministry experience.
