OverviewWe are hiring an IT Support Analyst to provide front line technical support in a busy operational environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping users, and building a long term IT career.

Key Responsibilities- Provide first line IT support for hardware software and access issues
- Set up and deploy desktops laptops and peripheral equipment
- Connect and troubleshoot network printers
- Perform user account setup and password resets
- Document tickets resolutions and escalations
- Use remote tools to support users
- Work closely with a small collaborative IT team
- Experience in helpdesk or Level 1 IT support
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Familiarity with Windows environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and self motivated work style
- IT related education or certification is helpful
