We're looking for an AI Process & Systems Analyst who's excited to explore, experiment, and uncover opportunities where AI can make a real impact. This role is part investigator, part builder and part translator who is connecting cutting edge tools with practical business solutions.
Reporting to the IT manager, you'll work across various departments asking the right questions, running pilots, and turning promising ideas into practical AI solutions. While project management and process ownership stay with our skilled PMO and department teams, your main responsibility is to apply your AI expertise to existing systems and help us to make our work even better.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS | Research + Pilot + Capture + Collaborate- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to Lakeshirts operations
- Identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort, improve quality, or accelerate output
- Design and run structured AI pilots; document results and present recommendations
- Build and test AI prompts, workflows, and automation concepts to validate ideas
- Partner with the IT Manager to prioritize and align AI initiatives
- Stay current on AI tools, trends, and best practices-and bring insights back to the team
- Support teams in learning and effectively using new AI tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand workflows and explore AI integration
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
- 1+ years of experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or emerging technologies
- Ability to evaluate and clearly communicate the value of new tools and solutions
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and simplify solutions
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation
- Comfortable working across teams and translating technical ideas into practical use
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated to experiment and learn
- Must love dogs (we mean it-we're dog-friendly!)
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or apparel (recommended)
- Exposure to process improvement or continuous improvement environments (recommended)
