• Ability to read drawing plans and operate Press Brake control panel.
• Press Brakes are precision equipment, being off by millimeters could mean critical errors.
• Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
• Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
• Check height, depth, and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision‑measuring instruments.
• Configuring equipment and calibrating gauge settings, recognizing conditions of dies, loading material onto the equipment, feeding material through die, and positioning and removing parts from die.
• Keep a record of number of pieces made and routine equipment maintenance performed.
• Read work schedule to ascertain production information, such as size, type, and quantity to be processed.

• High school diploma (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in the field or related area
• Familiar with CNC controls
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs
