LPN - Detroit Lakes OBGYN Clinic

Position Summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Detroit Lakes OBGYN Clinic, Sanford Health. Full‑time position (36 hours per week) on a 8‑hour day shift. Compensation is $21.00 to $29.50 per hour. No union representation. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

• Room patients and prepare them for examination.
• Assist the OBGYN with in‑office procedures.
• Manage prescription refills and respond to patient messages.
• Support scheduling needs.
• Assist with IV therapy and other nursing protocols as required.

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and licensed as an LPN.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license with a State Nursing Board; possession of multi‑state licensure privileges is a plus.
• For IV therapy/management duties, a Board‑approved AASPN program that includes IV therapy in the curriculum or completion of an approved IV Therapy course in North Dakota.
• Ability to obtain and maintain department‑specific competencies and certifications.
