Prudential Healthcare Staffing LLP is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a long-term care assignment at Ecumen Detroit Lakes in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.

• $60 per hour.
• Approximately $2,325 per week.
• Based on 38.75 scheduled hours.
• Overtime and holiday compensation may differ.

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
• Complete nursing assessments and accurately document resident care.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate care with providers, families, and facility staff.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
• Follow resident care plans, infection-control practices, and facility policies.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies during evening and overnight shifts.

• Active Minnesota RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least one year of recent long-term care or nursing-home experience preferred.
• Experience working evening and overnight shifts.
• Ability to work an every-other-weekend rotation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Dependable transportation to Detroit Lakes.
• Ability to complete all onboarding and facility credentialing requirements.
