Floor Production Artist

The opportunity:

This is an on‑site position in Longmont, CO. No remote opportunities for this position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am–4pm

Pay: $18/hr

• Coordinate the burning of screens if they are damaged or missing from the screen print cell
• Update designs as necessary to follow Lakeshirts standards
• Work with production to create the best quality product for our customers
• Record errors to help with artist knowledge in creating production‑ready files
• Actively reduce waste in department/lean processes
• Work closely with leads to uphold standards to be communicated with artists/production
• Communicate inconsistencies in standards to the Art Manager
• Daily tasks will be determined by art/production requirements:
  • DTS (Direct‑to‑Screen) sending, Namedrop, Proofing, Art Comps
• Hours are determined by production work schedule

• 2‑year or 4‑year degree in Graphic Design with Adobe Illustrator proficiency required
• Must be detail oriented with excellent computer skills
• Ability to multi‑task
• High attention to detail
• Independent decision making skills with reason and good judgment
• Ability to work well in a team
• Must be reliable, responsible, flexible and take direction well
• Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
