Finish Crew Member

• Install and inspect components related to sheetrock, fireplaces, kitchen soffits, stairways, and door preparation
• Install components within a controlled environment
• Identify needed materials using purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with appropriate codes
• Maintain inventory, tools, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Work safely and follow safety policies, including wearing appropriate PPE
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, blueprints, floor plans, and work orders
• Understanding of standard workflow and time frames for project stages
• Proficient knowledge of core tools, including tape measure, hammer, drill, level, saw, nail gun, staple gun, screw gun, and framing square
• Strict attention to detail and order accuracy
• Ability to perform physical work overhead for extended periods
• Ability to use mathematics and measuring devices to calculate length, width, height, and depth
• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds comfortably and consistently
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with evening work as needed
• Ability to wear required safety glasses and hearing protection when required
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and perform physical labor
• Good manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, and excellent stamina

Demonstrates proficiency in installing and inspecting construction components while ensuring compliance with safety codes and maintaining a clean work environment. Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and schematic diagrams to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
