Warehouse Lead to support our SJE Rhombus brand. This role will work out of our Detroit Lakes, MN location.

Detroit Lakes is the home office for SJE and is the leading manufacturer of our liquid level control products, including pump control panels, alarm systems, float switches, and level monitoring solutions. Our SJE Rhombus brand is a leading provider of liquid level control products and pump control solutions for the water, wastewater, and sewage industries across residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and agricultural sectors.

The job:

As our Receiving Warehouse Lead
, you will spend 85% of your time performing warehouse duties such as receiving, put away, material handling, and running product to the production floor. You will lead, plan, organize, and monitor the daily activities in receiving, warehouse, and the delivery of product to the production floor. You will be vital in maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy. You will ensure that incoming raw materials, supplies, and equipment are received, stored and delivered in an accurate and timely manner.

You will be responsible for building a strong multi-locational team atmosphere and fostering collaboration across the organization. You will train, evaluate, and coach the staff of the department as well as ensure policies and procedures are being followed.

The skills, education, and experience you need:

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Be a team player and have experience leading a team
• Have worked in a Receiving Warehouse
• Possess time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pride yourself on being organized and effective communicator

Three to four years of experience are required.
