Senior Accountant

A confidential, well-established organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. • Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance explanations
• Support financial statement preparation and internal reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit activities
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, recommending improvements as needed
• Contribute to special projects, system enhancements, or process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership on accounting-related matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience strongly preferred
• CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with modern ERP systems is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly
